You truly have no clue what you are talking about.No one can predict crypto market and thus high and low is common thing not only in crypto but everywhere. Now you have faced only bad thing not good , so it's your misfortune. But patience is required in crypto market.
Seems like I hear something like this in every page in every thread. Stuff so obvious that it doesn't even need to be written.otherwise maybe all coins/tokens should be stablecoin with no crazy growth expectations, then the fun will slowly died in crypto space 
Now this is a true statement. What keeps a lot of people interested in crypto is the crazy volatility, and while it might drive some of them mad if they own a loser coin, the upside potential can be astonishing. This is why google searches leading to bitcointalk dropped off a cliff when bitcoin was stuck in the mud for all of 2018. People lost interest because it didn't seem like there was a way to make money from an investment whose price did not move much. And now it's happy days again. Let us all dance and rejoice!
