Accounts who plagiarised will instantly get banned as it is highly prohibited.
I don't see what links those accounts to the plagiarism: did they post the links on the forum, or did they post it through a Google Form?
Content bounty. There's no direct post link other than the proof of authentication posts claiming ownership of the submitted content.
