so basically in a nutshell price isnt going up so they are trying to get people to lock coins up to force market price up inorganically?.... seems more a trick than ion utility or market demand.

Time-locked masternodes are based on community feedback given when the IIP's were discussed in July of last year. No one is forcing anyone to do anything it's an additional reward for helping to secure the network.

I think it's a great idea
