Yeah, but you'll have to essentially dox yourself (shipping info) to an unknown individual, and hope that the user paying for your stuff isn't carding/chargebacking/doing other shady stuff, right?

No, you can make the shipping address on your wish list private, people don't see your personal address, (not even your name if I'm correct), it's a feature in your Amazon account, I always did it while using Purse.io.
