You are wanting to take over the project, why? Team abandoned the project? Then why you posting your email here? If team abandoned the project then you may take over the project by discussing with the community on social media.

Yes Team abandoned the Project. I was in contact with CoinExchange to take over the project.  Coin Exchange gave 14 days to the development team to respond.
So, if the dev team failed to contact with the exchange then you will take over the project, right? I think it will be fair and also it might be good for the community. But if you are scammer then problem will occur.
