The e-bike I really want is a Specialized Vado, which is a really slick set of wheels.
Did a little bit of searching, found this:

It does look like they only provide in-store purchase of their Vados though, so you would have to organize shipping with an external company, which would not be cheap. And obviously, I have never used this company, so DYOR (although they seem to have decent reviews on both Google and Facebook).
