Antivirus must make the work of scammers unprofitable. And it will be no scammers if it will be no reason to scam.
You give too large functions to the antivirus. Scammers can use such methods that can not be neutralized by antivirus. This is protection against software that hackers will create. Scammers do not always use such software.
I don't know about software protection, but this project has never published their ICO address and ICO process since ICO. I hope to see this information because their announcement information is too general.
ICO address should be seen by their investors (if there is none, how could they earn money through their ICO?). I know it has many reasons why they don't want to publish it, and one of the reason is they were afraid if their ICO address got hacked. About their ICO process, i think they must be updated it when their ICO still running, or why don't you ask them throught their email?
