Anyone who breaks the forum rules multiple times should get a red tag. I don't see any issues with the Yobit campaign, as long as the participants follow the forum rules.
Anyone who break the forum rules will get temporary or permaban,so red tag isn't appropriate even we can use the forum as before while having red tag only it will hurts if you are going to join on the signature campaigns.
About Yobit the story continues everywhere...
Getting a negative rating (from a DT member) means you can't join the Yobit campaign, or any other signature campaign. That will hopefully encourage users to cut down on the spam and nonsense posts. I don't see the issue at all.
