It is for scammers. I've been seeing a lot of random mixers popping up randomly, getting some customers and running out with a big fish's money. Most of them probably don't even mix the coins properly, making the user think he is anonymous/safe while he's not.

That's why people shouldn't explore unknown waters. There are already quality-proven mixers in the market.
