I don't think we can get much in 2019, but we can buy some good projects cheap (to run a masternode in the future), then in the next bullrun we will have a good monthly return, also token prices should do great, we can sell them too.

Otherwise, I don't think there is a "passive" income right now. But you can still earn something with Bounties.
