If you can't decide I suggest you to check this coin in coingecko.com and use the search button to find this coin and look for a technical analysis set the time frame to one week and you will see the result if it is good to buy or sell.
Not just the price. It is more important to analyze how is the team doing. Are they still busy with the development or they are slacking and just waiting for the investors to forget about them. If they are still actively developing the product and the price keeps on dropping, you should check the support level, if there is none, then it has not bottomed yet, so not time to buy and need to wait. Aside from that TA is not all that you can use to check on coin, fundamental analysis is way more important.
