As your rank is newbie, you can't participate in signature campaign. Legendary and Hero Mem. earn a decent amount by wearing signature. That doesn't mean you can't earn much. If you have got social media account with good followings (Twitter, Facebook) then you can also earn a decent amount by joining social media bounties.
