a Developer doesnt need to be able reading code ...
he need to know  when the bill has to be paid
and which persons from his team does which job.

thats all.

sure, isnt wrong iif he atleast know and can roughly
imagine what the ppl  are working on ..


but normaly hired a boss ppl with special skills
to reduce his own workload and had time
to focus on more importend things ^^
