At the very least bring them in line with a clear RULE. Red trust to be issued for proven scams and scammers or those you can present a STRONG case are about to scam or have scammed. All other red trust must be removed and those breaking this rule will be black listed?
What is so difficult about issuing this command to save the board from this abusive and corrupt bunch of DT members that have grasped control of the trust system?
Its been discussed ad nauseam. There aren't any intentions on forcing people to adhere to a standard set of rules for who you can or can't find suspicious. People have differences of opinions on what constitutes being red trust worthy. If someone makes a bad judgement call, then people will disregard their feedback. If that person has a history of poor quality feedback, they end up removed from DT.
Anyway, local rules aren't absolute. You can use them to tell individual people that are harassing that they aren't allowed to post, but if you say that no one with a S, T, X, or Z in their username may post in my threads, the moderators won't help you out.
