when I feel tired, the only thing that helps me is to grab my bum out of my comfortable bed and start to do no-matter-what-thing. no matter what kind of activity you are going to do, just do it. simply get outta your apartment and do walk around your street for 15 minutes, go to the market and buy coffee. you don't need to do anything complex. all you need is oxygen and warm up your body for further activity. and then your mind will be ready for something more than this.
tl;dr: brick by brick, no monumental goals, start something and do the progress (no matter how much time it would take)
