5x means 500% so yes I think it is possible, only time can see what is perfect and what is not.
First of all, we want the price of Bitcoin not to fall. Only price bitcoin rise , other currencies will have a chance to rise. if BTC price fall ,it will cause all the virtual currency to fall.
it is obviously that price of bitcoin need to be stable or need to increase without stable of bitcoin price or increaseing of bitcoin price there is almost no chance to increase alt price. There might have few altercoin which may increase for short time but without bitcoin nothing can increase for long time.
