Long answer: You better hope it is not active anymore, it's not clear who the dev are on this thread, but the accounts that's actively promoting the thread were no longer posting on their behalf, as you can see on their history.
Yes mate you are right the empc team was not active from past few days and just few days back they are end the bounty campaign also but still not update the spreadsheet i hope they are going to finish soon, or we have to wait for official announcement about present news for empc team.
the days seemed invisible to the active team, and they had not kept their promises specifically for bounty hunters, and the price of EMPC tokens in the stock market was very far from the ico price, had the team left the EMPC project?
