There are so many examples so many people are using this method so there is big possibility of a bot account. I'm quite sure a bot behind this account who is picking posts randomly and posting like that.
Lol, I had no freaking idea that there is a bot for bitcointalk forum. Don't know if that is a real person or a bot behind the account but I have PMed the original post maker now it's up to him/her now if he/she wanna report it to the moderator.
