You're 100% right. The Rules were good, but they were exploited by few of the DT members as if it is their forum. No doubt Spammer surely make the forum down but these DT members abuse of power is also one big reason of this downfall.
I'm sure scammers, account farmers and trolls will be dearly missed. How many more threads of crying are we going to see before you stop?
