Many people think that trading is like putting an order and later we see that order got filled and we got profit. This approach will not give you any profit.
That isn't true, and I know this because I've traded just like this with stop loss orders. It takes some discipline to be patient and even a little dispassionate about the trade but it can and does work. But I do understand why you wrote that. Most traders I think cannot keep their eyes off the trading screen once a buy order is placed.

Nailed it. But if trading is causing all of the emotional turmoil these traders posting in this thread are experiencing, maybe it isn't the right activity for them. Anything that causes serious health issues for you just isn't good to keep doing, and it is for sure not the right way to make money. There are myriad other ways to make a living, even with crypto.
