It only says POS there's only one way via STAKING
I guess he asks that because if you setup a wallet and put some coins you will find that there is no POS enabled (?) or implemented (?) in the wallet.
Unless it will be enabled at a specific block but there are no info or i couldn't find any info as well
There is the possibility by POS they mean MN reward which makes more sense since MNs are implemented already
