Has Takei (the person) give you (the developers) consent to use his image? I'm quite sure you can get sued by him.... Someone please correct me if I am wrong
He's been tweeted to about the coin. He hasn't responded, however - positively or negatively.
EDIT I guess someone has to make money off it before he'd think about suing
