There is no difference between cryptocurrency and forex trading. Crypto is volatile in nature, so fluctuates more compared to the Forex. Though crypto is more profitable, it is a lot more risky. Now, it is up to you to decide high risk, more profits or low risk, small profits.
Both were more volatile market, and I feel more comfortable with cryptocurrency trading. Though the risk involved is high I have trust upon cryptocurrency that what we invest will surely get us some profit some day. With forex I was unable to get such a trust, maybe I was much into crypto than forex.
