If that's some "Guide" its the worst one and i don't find it helpful...
Why?

1. Never do business with other newbies on this forum (really ? newbies are not people who can use escrows and offer safe trades? lul)
2. New account created for illicit business on the forum. (is creating a business account for the forum have anything to do with bad activity?)
3. Low contributing post by users in the rank of Newbies and above ( contributing have nothing to do with trading/selling/exchanging in the forum)
4. Questionable username  (Questionable username ? :D:D:D what the...)
9. Never allow the use of escrow outside the forum. ( I agree with that at 1000%)
