Yes, WhiteEX is their own exchange and if the exchange gains more popularity it may have a bigger impact cryptocurrency. I think it have different use but they have a plan on it in the future, i was waiting only how they will get in to the top exchanges with a average volume and so marketing is must to prompt thier exchange.
