If you are installing the new version please be sure to backup your wallet.dat and configuration files in a safe location beforehand.
If you have not experienced any issues with connections or syncing please disregard and feel free to stay on the wallet version you currently have installed. When update wallet to 3.1 version, do we need to delete all old files and sync wallet from the beginning, or it's enough just to change wallet-qt file?
