This price increase for Bitcoin can not be considered a bull run. There is a long time before we have a new bull run. Currently, I only consider them as normal price fluctuations in the crypto market.
     It is an upward trend, but to consider a bull run there should be massive price increases over several days, which would also influence altcoins.
     Year 2019 will be a year of investment just like 2018, and probably 2020 will be the same. I think a new bull-run will only come in 2021.
