so what is the advantage to work on 2 coins at the same time, except to concentrate just on one?

Atleast you admitted that there's no more money to be made from your first failed project so you decided to launch another coin, So in this kind of developers attitude there's nothing stopping you from launching another coins (3rd) if Flits become unprofitable for you.
