"Gugul" or whoever he is, expected me to wire $10,000 to his bank via PayPal by withdrawing the funds from my account to his US bank. I thougth that was very strange so I declined. This is a scam artist like I've never seen before. Never deal with him.



This is illegal according to PayPal TOS.

By the way, deleting conversations is a feature of Telegram. Anyone can do it.
