I think it won't be so hard to find an exchange with IEO service. IEO is a trend of this year. So, if current exchanges will refuse Romad, they will find another one. The problem is that we will wait longer than 4 months...

They (exchanges) need to make sure if they will only listed some legit token on their site, so that's why it take long time to get listed. Afaik, you don't need to wait for 4 months to get listed in 1 exchange, because you can apply your token on many exchange on same time

yes, i do not think it can be cost 4 months to list on a exchange , if not because of exchange listing problem , so that what make they do postpone Program

May be because they do not want that the price of the token will fall down after the listing. The wait for the stabilisation of market and development of the project.

Yes ,they must be think so ,but a quality-coin even list on exchange when the market not stabilisation,the price will pick up when market stabilisation,it is impossible for all coins to list on exchange when market is good for trade.

I do not find the reasons for which problems arise with listing for a quality project, it takes time, during which everything is done to make sure how much the token is able to interest and generate demand.

I know several exchanges that do not refuse listing even not the best projects, only there is no demand for their tokens and liquidity with the expectation of market stabilization are unpromising.
