Here's a review of the new film "Crypto" that stars Kurt Russell and Luke Hemsworth and is about Bitcoin. A big Hollywood film with big-name stars is a pretty big step in getting Bitcoin recognized globally and making it more legitimate in the eyes of the general public:

Based on the trailer, I think it will do more harm than good to cryptocurrency. It's more like that crypto is portrayed as a bad thing. Bitcoin is being used here for money laundering and other illegal activities. And we know that everytime "Russia" is mentioned, there's an automatic stigma that comes with it.
I think crypto is being use here to give "hype" for the movie. I hope they make movies that explained thoroughly how crypto can be helpful to us.
