I independently verified all findings posted in this thread and others. The accusations are true, CCRevolution/Dave Bergsma is a scammer, which makes Xtrabytes a scam as well since the team refuses to even allow the serious issue to be discussed. It is not a coincident that XBY holders have waited almost two years for patents when Dave prior to his involvement with Xtrabytes talked about exactly such a 'patent pending' stalling/marketing tactic.
