Me too! I dont know why i feel this way 24/7. Recently started to take some vitamins and im hoping they might help me to feel more dynamic and powerful. Or im just a lazy person, lol.
Vitamins are not going to help you become more productive because they are just a stimulant to what you really need to do. A healthy diet and at least 8 hours of sleep along with a positive mindset everyday will help you boost your productivity and become more active. One more important thing is to have goals so that you feel motivated to do some work everyday towards them.
