you are right if it's now very difficult to determine bounty that has very good potential, we are in three very confused positions
1. Bounty has a real team and does a lot of construction but the price of token is very cheap in the market (must hold for long term)
2. real team and ico reach softcap but don't pay bounty participants
3. really scam
