if You compare blockchain explorer with known pools, it is clear, that CROAT is currently heavily mined on some unknown pool(s), which are not listed at http://pools.croat.community/  and https://miningpoolstats.stream/croatcoin

For long time we had about 20MH/s hashrate, now is much higher, so there is absolutely no reason to sell Your Croats so cheap, for 28 satoshi

This is the right time to buy, but to calculate with price drop is according to my opinion too risky.

update 8th of May 2019: The hashrate of Croat network is currently between 50-70 MH/s. The 2 new merged mining pools with ETN and Karbo are https://cnpool.cc/croat/ and https://coinpoolit.webhop.me/croat          The others merged mining CROAT pools are unknown
