I sent an email to your support desk, but am hoping to have my issue looked at immediately. I have had an account on nitrogen for over 2 years, never with any issues. Today I deposited some money and when I went to place a bet, received a message that my account had been frozen. I never received any notice of this freezing and it caught me by complete surprise. If I don't have my account unfrozen immediately, I will be forced to withdraw all funds from the site - if it will even allow me to withdraw my own funds - which is a huge inconvenience. Thanks,
When you're account is frozen afaik all of your withdrawals will be rejected since they do things manually on their end. They usually leave a message under the support page when your account gets frozen I know this because it happened to me twice already after messaging their support the next day it was unlocked. If you didn't do anything that is against their rules then they will unlock your account eventually.
