I've been using Electrum for a while but I am by no means an expert. So I wanted to use this plugin created by someone for use with multi-sig.
However I cannot put the plugin script where it belongs because I found out each time I open Electrum it creates a whole new folder to run everything in
user/username/AppData/local/temp/(some new folder each time)
So that is where the plugin goes in the plugin folder but I think you have to restart Electrum for new plugins.
Is there a way to reinstall Electrum where it uses the same folder for its files or a way to make it do that now with my current wallet?

As far as I know you can keep the default path also you can change the path too while installing Electrum. Not sure which plugin you are playing with. For multi-sig, Electrum has some default plugins, you can use them.
Tools > Plugins
