Every block solo mined will be to a new address. If you want to keep them under the same address, add defaultkey=1 to your phoenixcoin.conf

Seems working. This is solo mining, so every successful share is block solving and it takes a while to produce one. Don't know what HW and drivers you're using, so cannot comment on the hash rates.
