Hello jademaxsuy, i'm from México and i have seen these fights live. The place where this fight takes place is called 'Palenque' and there is no underdog on this fight, both of them have the same odds.

The rooster has a knife on his foot and the fight ends when one of them dies.

I guess this is how people from México and Philippines do it but i don't really get the idea why they have to kill each other plus human puts a knife/blade on their feet? I have watched it on youtube but before i finish it watching i turn it off since it's a bloody fight that some of them have to fight to the death and people are cheering to their favorite rooster.
