i have 3 limited paypals

1sr 305$  balance (US)
2nd 365$ balance (US)
3rd 206$ balance (US)

They are limited and  180D have passed and i want to withdraw the funds , i cant because i dont have US bank account with the names matching the paypal names , this is mandatory to be able to withdraw funds.

Is someone able to withdraw the funds with US bank ?

if someone can , ill split some $ or BTC ,
