The red paints itself an alarm to warn peoples not to trade. Smart peoples will ignore the sellers with red paints and dumbasses will make a deal and later will complain here.
Has it ever occurred to you that not everyone reads English with ease? As can be seen from the opening statement, the page listing the transaction is in Vietmanese. This is an international community. I think you should show the victim here a little more latitude than labeling him as stupid.
