By the way, what does that mean? Do I need to create POS contracts or it just happens automatically? 
You have two ways to stake.
1# The classic leave your wallet hot and unlock it for staking only.
This allows your wallet to automatically stake any balance that is not locked.
2# Stakenode Contracts
This allows you to commission a stake node to stake coins on your behalf, Stakenodes take a commission of the minted coins but allow user to stake with their coins safely in cold storage.
I still have some holdings of this but dont know what needs to be done with this as all of the mn coins are inactive and dead with no future prospects given , lets see what will happen next.
Make sure to update your nodes and wallet as needed.

So what's the sentiment for this project it used to be on cryptopia and a few other exchanges, now it is only on one small exchange anyone have good info on what happened?
We are still listed on Cryptopia! Although while they are sorting out and securing their wallets their market is unfortunately on pause. Now that we've secured our chain from ASICs we will be looking to expanding onto higher class exchange. However, it has not been determined what or when this will be happening.
