U cannot be sure that the papers to be translated will not be leaked or sold to a highest bidder. Although... if u think about it for a bit... who could benefit from publishing ur scripts and who will pay for them? To whom is it relevant? I think u can only take their word as a warrant and hope they will not publish because of the agreement and all. Wacky situation.
