since the beginning of the year I've never seen good ICO in 2019.
I think it would be safer to follow the IEO because we know that many ICOs are delaying their tokens for listings in a market and that is really weird.
Better invest money in IEO just like binance as according to the recent condition I am sure binance will organize and announce IEO once again but better keep holding till then, it is profitable and I prefer investing over there, those project who are using IEO are good and trust worthy promising projects.
