Could you see which process is occupying 100%?
We have been unable replicate your error exactly.

miniZ - Windows Command Processor (which is miniZ.exe underneath that) is about 65%-75% and System is about 20%-25% and System interrupts just a couple %.  Have you been able to test with a Celeron processor, because my i5 works better (not sure yet if it is stable).

We tested on win10, Celeron(R) G4900, v1.3n+, with no problem.
