Agreed. There are many projects that go out and raise as much money as possible and then try to sort it out later, but that is a dangerous maneuver. Best to plan out exactly what you want to do/accomplish as much as possible first. You can always pivot or change plans as things change, but at least you have somewhat of a blueprint/roadmap to work and plan from.
Social media accounts are free, but please don't buy and re-purpose one. This will give your project a very shady look from the get-go. Organic growth is the kind that sticks around since it is based off of substance, not empty hype.
Exchanges can charge crazy fees to review and list, and DEXs can possibly be less, but don't focus on that from the start. Its more of a "if you build it, they will come" sort of thing if you are filling a needed niche.
