You can expect any price that you desire but it doesn't mean that it will instantly happen base on what you have expected. It can actually happen or it may not, this depends on the markets reaction by that time.

The news about it somehow affected the markets fell but there's no basis and confirmation if ever something proved as you said can make the market go up. I've noticed that before if ever a good news pops, almost reaction for the charts.
