I could be wrong, but I don't intentionally offend OP for any reason. The OP, actually compose a nice topic, that is helpful, but I don't think the topic is fully satisfies what the OP's ambitiously aims at.
I knew there are a list of GUIDES (by LoyceV), in which you can find nearly almost important and helpful topics

I just pointed out some parts that can be improved better. However, the minus point is if there are actually other topics answer or guide the same issues, I don't think we should have a new topic. So, if OP have something to contribute to available topics, please join those old topics and raise opinion/ contributions.
Of course, it is welcome if OP can really make a better version of all available topics, but I doubt that the OP can do it.
In conclusion, I think it might be better to stick with old topics, and help to improve them via your discussing posts, rather than starting a new one.
