This is really pathetic by fortunejack.
fortunejack are lying that this is a technical issue, no way does it take all this time to sort a technical issue.
The only suggestion that I can give for you is to try to use the live support chat, I'm not sure whether there is active support or not due to the Public Holiday as I mentioned before.
The other thing you can do is by contacting Hhampuz, as he is the community manager of Fortunejack who are managing the signature campaign and I'm sure he has a way to make direct communication with the Fortunejack's team.
