Every day I go to bed to sleep but I can not sleep, I have to worry during the night.
I also remember all the annoying things when I decide to sleep.

I want to sleep deeply. I am tired of this situation
Are there any suggestions to skip this

It seems you are under a lot stress.
Try to relax, maybe attend some yoga course or meditation.
If it does not help you will probably need medical help.
